Tour Amendments and Cancellation 

Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing, and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. 

Cancellation and Refund policy for 1-4 days tours (Safari, Village Tours, Day Tours & etc…)

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Cancellations received before 10 days is full refund
  • Cancellations received within 10 days of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 75% per person.
  • Cancellations received same day or within 1 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties & bank charges will be deducted.


Tour Changes:

We offer Tour change to another date with or without extra fee as per the situation.

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive the reply within one business day, please call the office immediately. We will not be responsible if email fail to reach us.

NOTE: We cannot grant refunds more than 07 days after completion of tour.

Language 

Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

Passports and Visas 

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship.

Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel 

If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand hiriwadunna village tours or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
